Feb 26, 2021Been with assureguard for the past 3 years and I’ve had no issues with my machines! Unfortunately my cooker went wrong on Monday and a kind young lady called me back promptly and dealt with it with high professionalism! I now have a brand new cooker and I have been baking cookies this afternoon! Thank you assureguard!

I rang regarding the breakdown on my machine and was assist by a very helpful young lady, who was very polite. They had my machine replaced for me, that I am very happy with.

I’ve had 2 breakdowns within the last 2 years and the response was amazing!
Amazing customer service and they had someone out each time within 24-48 hours!
The lady i spoke to was so helpful and i couldn’t have had a better experience!

Call was answered efficiently. Very good and presenable engineer arrive and quickly assesed repair requirement. Parts were ordered and another very good engier of same standard arrive a day later with part, on time, and completed the repairand cleaned up. We were impressed with the attitude and empathy of both men.

If they are not covering you, they can't provide that even though, I'm led to believe, they can get other details from the insurers database. They could not tell us any specific details about our appliances, dates of cover commencement and direct debits so were clearly up to no good. . . . all they knew were expiry dates.

Apr 16, 2018This appears to be a rogue company reinventing itself to keep under the radar. There is only access by email which fails. We thought it was the genuine D&G rebranded. But it seems to be a clever 'phone and get your money' scamming outfit. After allegedly 'renewing' the policy by us giving them £240'ish, they've just vanished into the ether. There are no responsive contact details.

Updated Jan 31, 2019Ive been very happy with the service Ive received from Assureguard. The engineer fixed my machine on the spot followed up with courtesy call to check all was still working. Great service and aftercare, really makes a difference.
